Trisphere
Trisphere Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
In short: this website doesn't use cookies, analytics or forms. Each Trisphere product has its own privacy policy for the data it needs to work. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we are
Trisphere LLC ("Trisphere", "we", "us") makes Aram, Bunnie, Lenz, SheekBot and Vandelay. For anything in this policy, email [email protected].
This website
trisphere.org is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no forms. Like any website, the servers that deliver it (our hosting provider, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of it) receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Those server logs are used only to deliver and protect the site and are kept only as long as that needs.
Our products
Each product explains what it collects and why in its own policy, and that policy is the one that applies to your use of it:
- SheekBot: sheekbot.com/privacy
- Bunnie: bunnie.trisphere.org/privacy
- Lenz: trisphere.org/lenz/privacy
- Aram and Vandelay are in early access. Customer data is handled under the agreement with each customer, and this policy applies until they have their own.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan, and billing history, because tax and accounting rules require us to.
Email you send us
When you email a trisphere.org address, Cloudflare routes the message to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google. We use your message and address only to answer you and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, and for billing questions as long as accounting rules require.
Who we share it with
Only the providers named above, and those named in each product's policy, which handle data for us to run our services. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we'll honour them.
Children
Our products are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll tell affected customers before they take effect.
