In short: these terms cover trisphere.org and buying from Trisphere. Each product also has its own terms, and those govern how you use that product. Payments go through Stripe and show as TRISPHERE on your statement.

trisphere.org and the Trisphere products are run by Trisphere LLC ("Trisphere", "we", "us"). Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

Product terms

Using a product means agreeing to its terms, which take priority over these for that product:

SheekBot: sheekbot.com/terms
Bunnie: bunnie.trisphere.org/terms
Lenz: trisphere.org/lenz/terms
Aram and Vandelay: the written agreement or order form for your organisation.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices and what they include are shown before you pay; taxes may be added where the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the product, as described on our support page; cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds follow each product's terms (SheekBot, for example, refunds your first Pro payment in full if you ask within 30 days). Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are always refunded in full: email [email protected].

Using this website

You may read, link to and share trisphere.org. Don't try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses without permission (report security issues to [email protected] instead), or copy it to pass it off as your own.

Our names and content

Trisphere, Aram, Bunnie, Lenz, SheekBot and Vandelay, their logos, and the site's text, images and code belong to Trisphere. Product pages describe features as they stand when written; early-access products can change.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trisphere isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. For meaningful changes that affect paying customers, we'll tell them before the changes take effect.
